Ann Larimer received her BA in Anthropology from IU Bloomington and a BS in Elementary Education from IU in Kokomo. She also has licensing in early childhood education, kindergarten and special education.
She began teaching early childhood special education in Peru, Indiana in 1986, and worked with young children with disabilities for thirteen years. 
In 2000 Mrs.Larimer was hired by St. Johns Lutheran School in Peru. During her seven years at St. Johns, she taught first grade, a first-second split, half and full day kindergarten. She was also the school music teacher, children's choir director and director of all musicals and special programs. She was also a mentor teacher and chairperson for the curriculum committee for NLSA.
Mrs. Larimer came to Redeemer Lutheran School in Kokomo in 2007. She is currently serving as preschool teacher., and serves on the Child Study Team. She is also the director of the Angel Choir, and directs the early childhood Christmas and Spring Musicals. She welcomes all perspective families to come and talk with her at any time about her ministry, and the many diverse programs we offer children at Redeemer Lutheran School.
