Sue Allison - 1st Grade Teacher


Sue Allison attended Concordia Teachers College in Ann Arbor, MI where she received her AA degree in Elementary Education.  She continued her education at Concordia Teachers College in Seward, NE where she received her BS in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Art. 

This is Sue's 32 year of teaching.  She has taught in Fenton, Missouri and Fremont, California.  She has taught preschool, prekindergarten, second, and fifth grades.   Sue is currently teaching first  grade at Redeemer Lutheran School. 

Sue and her husband, Bill, have two sons: Steve is living in Orange Beach, AL;  Matt and his wife, Jen, and their first grandchild, Logan are currently living in Anderson, IN. 

Spending time with family is a joy of Sue's life.  She also enjoys reading, and traveling.  Beaches are her favorite destinations.  She is also a world traveler, as she has been to Europe, Venezuela, the Virgin Islands, but her most memorable trip has been to the Holy Land.  Photos and memories of this trip help bring the Bible alive for her students.

She enjoys working with students and teaching them about the love of Jesus, their Savior.
